I would like to thank Julian for encouraging me to refinance. I am usually a creature of habit and find it difficult to change. He assured me that I would get the best help and service. Secondly, I want to express my gratitude to Taylor. We had a lot of bumps along the way that at times caused me to become very frustrated. Taylor always remained calm and continuously assured me that she was going to do everything she could to solve the problem. She would text, email or call daily to let me know she was working diligently to get this done. I am not efficient with technology…that didn’t stop her. She patiently helped me with downloads…signing…reviewing documents. She was undeterred by the obstacles…I think she welcomed the challenges.
