"Julian always answered my phone calls. I did not have to wait for him to return my calls, and my emails were answered in a timely manner. His explanations were precise. When I was doing rate comparisons and decided to go with another lender, he and I spoke at length comparing apples to apples about rates, FHA fees, mortgage insurance, terms, etc . He gave me questions to ask the other lender. Julian was not pushy, but knowledgeable. He said that of course he wanted our business but we also needed to be comfortable and sure we were doing what was best for us. After doing more research with the other lender and asking the specific questions, we decided to refinance with Julian and Swift Loans with Quicken Loans as our lender.
